Is the quote free?
Yes. Requesting a quote is free. Tell us about your space through the form or on WhatsApp and we will get back to you to discuss the next step.
Do I need a clear plan before contacting you?
No. A few photos and a sentence about what bothers you in the space are enough. We can help you shape the scope from there.
What is the best way to contact you?
WhatsApp is usually the quickest, since you can send photos of the space straight away. You can also use the quote form on the contact page or send us an email.
What should I include in my first message?
The type of work you have in mind, the city where the property is, a rough idea of the size of the space and, if possible, a few photos. If you know how you would like the space to feel when it is finished, tell us that too.
Scope of work
Can one team handle my whole renovation?
Yes. We cover renovation, painting, tiling, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, AC, waterproofing, outdoor works and the final clean, so you deal with one point of contact instead of several separate trades.
Can you help with a single repair or one room?
Yes. You do not need a full renovation to contact us. Repainting a room, fixing a leak, replacing wiring or servicing an AC unit are all part of what we do.
Do you work on exteriors as well as interiors?
Yes. We paint and repair facades and outdoor walls, waterproof roofs and terraces, and improve courtyards, paths and other outdoor areas.
Can you help me choose colours and finishes?
Yes. We can talk through options with you, from calm matt walls to textured plaster finishes, and suggest what suits the room, the light and the way it will be used.
During and after the work
How do you protect my home while you work?
Floors, furniture and fittings are covered and masked before work begins, and work areas are kept as tidy as the job allows.
Do you clean up after the work?
Yes. Deep cleaning after renovation is one of our services, so the space can be handed back ready to live in rather than covered in dust.
How long will my project take?
It depends on the size of the space and the work involved. Once we understand the scope, we can give you a clearer idea of the schedule.
